Gruber Creative Photography Awards The image was published in Railroad Heritage (Issue 54: Fall 2023) Illinois Central Gulf Yard Office, Bloomington, Indiana, 1976 The awards are hosted by the Center for Railroad Photography & Art This year marks the twenty-first for the Center's award program The theme was "The Role of Technology"
